What does it mean when a guy presses his cheek against yours?

This has happened to me with three different People at work. I would Show Them something on my Computer and they would lean over me from behind and almost press their Face against mine Even though there is enough Space and other coworkers who can witness this.

I find this very weird Because I don’t move this Close with Friends and Family at all and keep it strictly Professional at work. Also The men who have done this have Never flirted with me or shown an interest in befriending me. Why do they do this?

He is very friendly with other coworkers and talks with them for hours but not with me. And why would someone be physically affectionate with a coworker? Thats weird.
