Why so many responses on here are so negative?

When a person/ girl asks a question about a guy, the responses from both, guys and girls, are typically intended to smear the guy and paint him as a fuckboi and one who uses women.

If I were to ask if I should get back together with my ex, the posts would be like:

Don't do it! He just wants to fuck you!

What happened to people really caring for one another and recognizing that after some time had passed, they love each other? It happens every day and yet I rarely see a positive advice or uplifting post.

This type of language is not only offensive but also sends out a message that it is okay to judge and talk about someone else's body in a negative way. It perpetuates the idea that a woman's body is only good for one thing and that is to be used by a man.

At the end of the day, Boobslayer believes that it is important to remember that everyone is different and that no two people are ever the same. People should not be judged based on their gender or the way they look. No one should be judged or shamed for asking a question.

And no matter how much someone may try to paint the guy as a "fuckboi" and one who uses women, it is important to remember that everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

Most people are miserable pr! cks and misery loves company. So a lot of them are like if I can't be happy neither can you.

But also a lot of people come on here wanting you to tell them what they want to hear, and sorry but life isn't a rom-com. The REALITY is you're more likely to fail than succeed. So when they say "he's just trying to f*** you". In a roundabout way they're probably right. But the degree to which they are right is what is the question. Guys are typically about the bottom line. That doesn't just mean sex but sex plays a significant role. Women ate more about the details. So even when it results in sex she's about getting there while guys see the destination. That's why guys respond this way on here.

Guys have thier complaints to hun. This site is called "girls askguys" not "guysaskgirls". That's not an accident! It's because women will ask guys on here and guys will give responses but not the other way around. Women only respond to guys question for 2 reasons. 1. she feels she benefits from it in some way. 2. The question triggers her. Women simply do not care about a man's problems 🤣

Yes, but they make it sound like an ex hoping to sleep with me is a horrible thing.
So when ex reaches out and I still care about, I hope he wants to f**k me because I want that too.
Another thing is people see love and sex as two mutually exclusive entities. Sexual attraction is a huge part of love so why pretend like it is not.
I guess what I am saying is this: saying "he just wants to f**k you" sounds like very narrowminded way of looking at relationships.

Because as I tried to make clear in my last post men and women do not remotely see sex the same way. Men can separate the deed as just and act, not just a representation of love. So guys look at is as he's an ex. There's a reason he's an ex. And you're just chasing that connection again. And he's just chasing a chance to get laid. Because let's be honest, a lot of women do this. They delude themselves into believing that a guy has feelings for her that he doesn't really have anymore if he ever did. And guys on the sideline find it easy to dismiss ANY remaining feelings simply for end result as I said. Which is him getting laid.

Because it’s the truth and reality in like 99% of the cases. You don’t give people advice based on the off chance that specific dude us the exception to the rule. If you don’t like the advice and just want people agreeing with you and making you feel like what you’re planning to do is good and the right thing then don’t ask.

Most of the replies you get are just based on, crazy notion, how you phrased the question.

You effectively determine a lot of the replies on your own right away.

If all we have to go on is that it is your ex, logically unless you solved whatever caused the relationship to not work, it is unlikely to suddenly work any better than it used to. Now you'd also have baggage you didn't have before.
If you instead did solve and work on things. If there is reason to believe it would truly be different.. replies may be more positive.
