If she's ALWAYS joking no, but, if she has good one liners on occasion, than sure.

For example, I told the girl I like the other day I had two surprises for her. One was showing her my new car (she knew I was looking for one and I had finally got one), and the other was something for her. I was going to show her i private, because it was pretty uh, well, private, and she says "what, is it a blow up doll". I was drinking at the time, and i about spit it out.

It wasn't, but, I wasn't really expecting that

Yes very much so. There are not a lot of funny women, especially comedy wise. Women tend to take things too serious. I like a girl who can laugh, who likes comedies. A lot of women seem to like drama, medical shows like ER or these crime shows dealing w murder and things like that. I like a girl who can laugh at herself.
