In a bathroom - with toilet papet, dry off and press out some that's still inside.
If I judge my chances for sexual contact to be above 20% I might just clesn it up with water on paper.

Outdoors, shake, pump with muscles, squeeze and may use thump to get the last drip if it's wet grass, then I can clean off on grass and bushes, cornifers are great for removing smells.

OMG! Firstly, men don't self-wet when we pee, so the need to clean afterwards depends on what you're suggesting is in need of cleaning. Urine is typically sterile, but spit is full of germs. 'Cleaning' a dick with spit would increase the risk of a UTI by 1000x. No thank you.

I wouldn't say the tip is at risk of storing pee though as the urethra is typically flat when it's not filled with urine. The male urethra is a lot longer than the female urethra, and the older men get, the more the prostate obstructs flow too, so the risk of dribbles after finishing peeing increases with age. Men are more likely to find dribbles of pee coming out after they pee if they hop onto a bicycle as the high pressure on the perineum can push more pee out.
