It doesn’t sound like a physical problem if you can easily get it up and cum on your own, but I’m trying to understand to what extent it has to do with your partner, and whether or not it may be psychological? If it is, therapy may help. Orgasm is important, but so is engaging with your partner. They may feel bad they can’t satisfy you. You may feel bad that they feel bad. Soon there’s a negative feedback loop that makes it worse for both of you, and you don’t have a partner anymore…
