If she is an interesting person with a good personality I'll think and possibly voice that she's a great person. That doesn't mean I am romantically interested in her or sexually attracted to her. Someone having a good personality just means they have a good personality. You can hang out with them and be friends. There has to be physical attraction and sexual tension/chemistry for it to move beyond someone just being a cool.
Guys lie their butt off if they think they might get some action.
