Yes. I make it a point to smile and laugh everyday.

In the words of Jim Valvano, you should laugh everyday. You should think, spend time in thought. And 3 you should have yourself moved to tears (not bad tears, more of a sign of passion). Do those 3 things and you've lived a full day.

Jim said this in a speech at the espy's when he was dying of cancer. It's amazing how so many people with limited life truly see what's important when they know their time is limited. Live in each moment, savor it! We only get about 75 years (on the avg.) on this mudball called earth why would you spend doing other than smiling.👍

I love to laugh and smile. Unfortunately I was given a natural frown facial muscles so when I am focused or in mid thought people are always telling me to “Smile, it’s not that bad”.

Not if I shouldn't laugh. Like me and friends played a board game and a friend rolled 6 or so times a 0 and couldn't move her character across the board. It was pretty bad. And difficult to hold in the laughter as she got angrier and angrier.

But overall it's very easy. You can easily read on my face how I feel.
