Are you a miser? Or do you prefer frugal?

I used to watch this guy a little bit when I played WoW a lot. He’s surprisingly honest about his living habits. He games for a living, way too much. He sounds like he’s going feral forgetting English.

Simple man, likes simple things, like simple steak

I can relate:

I wrapped electrical tape around my iPhone 3s when it was exhibiting battery swell pushing the screen out. I also placed it inside a plastic bag in the event of pouch rupture and simply worked around the screen bulge and strips of tape.

I won’t throw out socks until there are gaping holes in them.

I have tons of oil stains, rips, and holes on my work clothes. I don't need designer jeans with holes woven in, I make my own. I rarely buy clothes for myself because I stretch out what I receive from relatives on holidays until they fall apart.

I don’t get rid of shoes until the outsole comes off or are worn down to nothing

My truck is 15 years old and is in good shape because I keep up with maintenance.

I won’t replace a toothbrush until the bristles are dang near flat from being flared out.

I once bought a commercial package of single ply toilet paper from Costco and I was stocked for 4 years. This is why upgrading to a bidet is awesome, by the way.

The point is, I can relate in making stuff last as long as possible getting every last bit of mileage/usage out of it. Making the most of what you have.

Are you a miser? Or do you prefer frugal?
