How do guys flirt?

I find it so confusing with guys. I can never tell if they are flirting or not. I read into everything then and talk myself into an utter state of confusion. Guys when you meet a girl, what are you doing when you are flirting? Just so we can know or at least guess. I make eye contact with most guys, I can sit close, knees touching, I have felt like he has checked me out but could just be looking at me, and mirroring think guys are comfortable mirroring rather than it being interest.

Depends on the guy. Some are just used to being friendly with girls. It's not that they are specifically looking to hook up but we still like to be liked as a person. I make it more obvious if I'm that kind of interested but then again sometimes if the girl showed interest and made it obvious I'd probably be willing as well

Often starts with questioning or complimenting , and escalates from there. Flirt or not, mirroring is subconscious liking.
