My body's been surprisingly holding up pretty well considering how much shit I used to eat as a kid 🤣 but everytime I feel my shoulders bothering me (now it's mainly the joint & ligament when it does), I know it's time to watch the salt intake, up the protein & carbs, don't take too hot or too cold of showers & start doing more low volume resistance training. Sometimes I'll wake up the next day after as if I didn't have any shoulder issues to begin with. It's wild.
