Why is this guy behaving in such a manner? Initially, when I encountered him, he displayed extreme rudeness towards me for no reason. Subsequently, when I encountered him again, he proceeded to laugh at me without any discernible reason. He laughs like he’s watching a comedy. When I confronted him about his behavior, he responded with nonsensical excuses and continued to laugh and smile. Now he just smiles at me everytime he sees me.

As for me, I'd confront him again - all sweet and innocent like "aw why you keeping laughing, you okay hun?" Then when he stutters all embarrassed, smile and breeze on by like "alright, well hope you feel better!"
