Like, usually when a guy/girl show pic of opposite gender friends, it means that the have interest. Well at least to me. I dont mind opening up our activities together to my parents, but not to the point showing all the pictures (if we are just purely friend) especially if the activities is just simple like dining out etc

Hmm, as a guy I'd say it kind of depends on the situation but showing a female friend's pictures to parents could potentially mean he's interested in more than just being friends. Here's some thoughts:
- If it's just one casual pic brought up in conversation, that's not a big deal. Guys show parents photos of all their friends.
- But pulling out the phone to actively show multiple pics or going through a whole photo album with a girl friend could indicate he sees her as more special than other friends.
- The type of pics matters too - selfies together, arms around each other, cute candid shots are more couple-y than large group settings.
- Does he talk much about this girl to his parents already? Gushing details could be a sign he really likes her.
- Context is key too - doing it right after the parent asks "any girls you like?" is suspicious haha.
Overall if a guy is proud and eager to show of pics of a girl friend, there's a good chance he's catching feels beyond just being pals. But every guy is different - best to just ask him how he sees your friendship!
I agree with you
