Would you say you're a happy person, what would make you happy?

I'd say so, quite a bit. I did manage to get a little bit cranky last night for the first time in a few months, but only lasted a short while.

For me, it's just recognizing when I'm starting to get a bit upset and correct the thinking patterns that made me upset. The more practice I've developed at reframing my negative thoughts this way, the more I've found I cease to have them in the first place, and the sooner I correct them in the rare remaining events that cause them.

So it's just mainly about eliminating negative thinking patterns. I've been practicing now for almost 20 years so I'm cheerful and happy these days around 98% of the time. Hopefully with some additional years, I'll get very close to 100%.

Yes I'm a happy person :) I think meditation and writing down the good things I'm grateful for really helps. In the past I didn't need this because I was full of joy and happiness at small things but it's normal that with time that decreases a bit because you've seen so many things already.

Yes. What would make me happy? I'm happy now. Are you asking what would make me happier? Like any wish? I'd wish for the end of war, the alleviation of suffering, in general peace on earth. This is a wish that will not be answered so...
