Replying to messages snaps etc?

Guys.. recently I caught up with an old flame… over the past few weeks he has sent quite a few snap chats which I have ignored etc. ( I have not seen him since in few weeks) during our recent catch up he brought up why am I not replying to his snaps? We have only ever been casual.. why does it matter if I reply or not and why make a point of it to me if he isn’t interested? Help my head is going crazy! many thanks

Because many people get annoyed or upset when they feel ignored even friends unless it's understood thats how u are
