So 2 hours ago I got a text if I'd like a foot massage, from a guy friend from college, he said he's been practicing it and would like if someone tries it. He said he has been trying all kinds of massages and would do it if I'd want to, should I agree for the offer or is it kinda sus?

That does sound sus tbh, especially the ‘all kinds of massages’, once he is over and has a ‘foot’ in the door, he will likely do the foot massage and offer to show you his leg massage, his back massage etc.

it does really depend on the type of guy he is, he may be straight up genuine and just needs people to practice it on. A good guide to this is saying sure that would be great, I have Hayley (or Tom) here and I told them, they would love one as well. If he hesitates or changes his tune, you know it’s sus.

I would be wary of a guy asking to do a foot massage, unless he is going through for a masseuse and needs the practice. If he's going through for something unrelated in college, then he likely just wants an opening to take it further once you are relaxed.
