I’ve had suspicions in the past of my boyfriend being gay or bi sexual however he has always denied this.
For the past few months I’ve noticed gay guys hitting on him when we’re out together.

Straight guys - have you experienced men flirting with you?
Bi/Gay guys - do you flirt with straight men or do you feel you only do this when there’s a vibe or sense the other person is gay?

I have been hit on by gay men here and there over the years, yes. And they don't care if you're straight. They like men so they are going to try to mess around with you. It doesn't offend me, I just let them know I'm not into that.

Of course they do; gay men are going to flirt with other guys, and statistically, most of those guys are going to be straight. I've been outright hit on by gay guys (well, I ASSUME they were gay, but, y'know, hitting on me doesn't leave much room for doubt) a few times myself.

I'm an effeminate gay man who acts as the passive partner during sex with guys. So, because of that, I'm being hit frequently by straight men who want a fleeting encounter and quick sexual release. I normally don't flirt with straight men unless I see some interest from them. Even though being wrong is possible, my guess of a straight guy showing interest in me has almost always turned out correct.

Hard to say, a lot of bro-mance can seem gay so I suppose it depends on the guys in question and the relationship. I'm reminded of a party my ex and I went to where another fella and I hit it off and started competing at a bunch of different activities (beer pong, flip cup, N64) etc and we ended up wrestling and singing Óró, sé do bheatha 'bhaile together poorly. Might have seemed a bit faggy from the outside, but so far as I know we were just two fellas being bros.

I have experienced gay men trying to flirt with me. (Most of the time they do give very good compliments especially concerning style, clothes, hair, etc. ) I do not flirt back, but most gay men who enjoy going out are very extroverted type people.

I had a girlfriend in my twenties who had a gay brother, and we had some very enlightening (for me anyway) conversations. He told me that if a gay guy knows another guy is straight he has zero interest (with very rare exceptions)
