My ex says he loves me but I'm not sure if he means it. His actions doesn't match. So I told him I don't think he's sincere and that he only says he loves because we have a kid together. He said that was ignorant. And I haven't heard from him since. So I just wanted to know what guys would do for a woman that they love.

When we were together he was sweet and funny first. But then he started to get controlling. I didn't hang out with friends. He told him if I didn't quit my job he was going to go inside and punch my boss. He once took my car. He said he was going to the store. But we always went together. He left for 4 hours. I found out he went to go see another girl. I kicked him out. This was all before I got pregnant. He had a dope harlot too. But he would always accuse me of cheating when I wasn't. He would go through my phone. He once threw my phone out the window while he was driving. That's not even the worst of it. He doesn't understand that I'm still trying to heal from what all he has done. He said he's not the same person and drugs made him that way. Honestly I don't know how to get in another relationship because of him. I'm scared too. Especially with my son. When I was pregnant I moved to my mom's. He would video call me and always assumed someone else was there so he wanted me to walk around so he could see.

It was a messed up relationship. Even though it was 7 years ago. He says he's not that person anymore and if I can't see that. Then that's on me that I need to quit looking at the past. And be positive. But how he treats me now... he will just constantly say he loves me andbim beautiful. That's about it. When I try to tell him it's hard to find a job that I can work around my son's school hours. He's like just work at McDonald's. And then goes on about his work and how he's broke and is going ro get a second job. He always asks me what's wrong but he never really listens. He used to text me good morning beautiful every morning and call me all the time. But he stopped. The last couple times we talked on the phone his tone of voice sounded like he doesn't care. And he has the audacity to tell me it's ignorant for me to say he doesn't love me and he only talk to me cause we have a kid together.

If I were you. I would go back to my mom… ask her to help for 2 years.
While you get your life together… forget about getting with another boy.
Deal with this… go to court to get child support… since he is a druggie and broke … you will not get a dime from him. Just be lucky if he hasn’t hit you or take your money to buy drugs.
Get a restraining order and a job. Save your money (pay some to your mom who is helping)… then be a woman/mom to your child. Raise him properly to be a real man. Again stop spreading your legs open to druggies.

We're not together. He lives almost 3hours away. But there are times he drives out for a visit. Which blows my mind because I don't know why he would do that. In person he hugs me. And looks at me. But that's it.
