I love a casual flirt stare. When he smiles with eye contact or does the body scan.

I just don't understand why a lot of men with a straight face, then get flustered when I smile at them to break the tension.

Well depends of Gestures, the way she is "proportionate" so yeah, we scan Her/Them... but sadly lately this "scanning" has become in women's mind a Fright, hence they question : "what you lookin at perv?"... or giving the death stare...
Also depends of the timing, location, there many factors at play... Even in a grocery store, like a woman bending over in leggings, and see her panty line, and then she "feels" that she's been scanned, and then she turns and... smiles? That is a "meltdown" right there and there... Not to mention that the Hormones start going highwire...😅😂

I've checked out some women, yes... but I am discreet about it, don't want to make anybody feel uncomfortable, lol

unless, when I do sense they would be okay with, and some definitely are up for it... or if they were checking me out first, lol

The thing about women is that if a guy does NOT want her or have any thoughts about her at all she will assume that he does. And if he did want her she will pretend not to notice anyhow. Unless of course, she thinks she wants him. So in general guys learn to ignore most women. And only even show interest if he's VERY interested. No room for games/time wasting. It's less hassle.
