Is it true that if a guy likes me I would know?

There is a guy that keeps me wondering if he likes me and my friends keep telling me that if he liked me I wouldn’t be wondering and if he really wanted me he would’ve talked to me by now. He stares at me all the time and he can’t take his eyes off me. He asks dumb obvious questions to open conversations, he smiles brightly whenever he sees me. My gut feeling is telling me that he likes but why isn’t he doing anything about it?

Try to stay calm and think about other things. If you’re both excited and interested in each other, holding their hands and talking might help.

I don’t know if he likes me, he’s not young (mid twenties). I tried to be around him more often so he can talk to me but he barely does. I’m trying so hard to make this work but I don’t feel like he’s doing the same

I pulled away from him 2 months ago, I rarely see him but when I do he stares at me. I can’t get him out of my head. I tried so hard to move on
