Depend what your definition of creepy is if it's just looking / following then everyday I go out but it's nothing big (like trying to look up skirt discreetly, following a bit but from afar, etc...)

Really creepy stuff like a guy would rubbing himself one me or proposing me money for sex is very rare and it was always a foreigner.

It happens. Sometimes they just stare way too long, or look at you like they want to undress you with their eyes.

Only once did a guy follow me like two blocks from where I live. I decided to take a different route, just not to give any clues, and sit in a coffee shop for an hour until I was sure he was gone.

When I was in college it happened pretty often, I would say something weird would happen almost every time I went to a larger party, or a club or anything like that, and weird things happened sometimes even just on campus or even in class but not as often as nighttime situations w alcohol. There was some grabbing, patting and stuff like that. I got picked up and “playfully” carried around a couple times against my will, one time I was pushed against a wall felt up and french kissed against my will. The explanation for things like that was always “oh I was just joking around.” When that happened I remember thinking, if I was still dating my HS boyfriend and he saw it, that would have been the ass kicking of the year. It was the only time I missed him. But most often it was weird comments. It does not happen as often now bc I am in a different part of life and much more rarely in “meet market” situations w alcohol.

Also a little different category I had someone I briefly dated and who I was physically afraid of stalk me a little bit. I saw his car where it should not have been twice, I was going through a tough time anyway and that made it worse, I couldn’t sleep at night for a while. But there is a longer story to that it’s not just a random stalker.

Pretty much never, because I live in a more expensive neighborhood. Any time I go to less well-off areas, I get bombarded. Lower economic status tends to follow impulsivity.
