My friend and I was juat saying some shit

But then he told me how I needed God.

Then he proceeds to tell me this but this quote :

" you will never get married if you cuss "

I told him I am who I am and im working on myself and some other shit



Was he right to say that?



I don't cuss 24/7
I just cuss when I'm angry or shocked or upset at something like saying wtf or wth or fucked or etc

No he not right just be you

Yes he is right no man want a woman who cusses

Some people care, some don't, or care to some degree.

But...

If you want a religious man.
Then he'd probably wouldn't want to marry someone who frequently swears.
How much he'd care if it happens occasionally. Well that's different from person to person.
But generally speaking, if you want to be in a serious relationship with a religious person, keeping cussing to a minimum is probably a good idea.

People who are atheist probably care less.
But even people who are atheist can be turned of by people who excessively swears.
Excessive swearing can give impression of being dumb, not being able to express yourself in a better manner.
Being a bit, "trailer trash".

Been around enough nurses in the ER to know they swear worse than sailors. Still usually married.

But sure, excessive cussing is not attractive to most I guess. Seems a minor thing though. Easily overlooked if you give really good hugs.

Cussing is a turn off for sure. Lesser the better.
