Because he wants to plow that field like a summer’s harvest. Maybe he’s just happy. Holy smokes no wonder why women think men are confusing. Everything we do as men seems to get this question. What does it mean when he farts at me but not this other girl. I’ve never seen him fart at any other girl.
I smile at my female friends all the time when I see them. Just a friendly face. Like I said could be that I’m just happy.

There could be 100s of reason for a smile... best not to overthink these things too much. But when in doubt why not just ask him?
