For me. I'm trying to decide whether or not to talk to you because you may be with someone, be a bi""", you could be gay or something, hate all men or be a nutjob. Due to nothing but poor treatment by girls thoughout my childhood I probably wouldn't bother. But if for some see strange reason I do talk to you id be trying to think of something that's not offensive or something and maybe something general to talk to you about. Like movies or music but most women don't like the kind of music I listen to (industrial). But basically we're thinking things like that. Like I said you could have an angry boyfriend pop out of nowhere and threaten us or just beat the shit out of us for going near you. So yes safety is something to think about.

Well believe this or not but men don’t think in a hive mind. It also depends on the type of crush some are sexual, some romantic, and others are a mixture.

Romantic crushes are a lot more fantasizing about what a future might look like. Dates and innocent things like cuddling/snuggling among other things like that.
