So where I live we had a snow storm come through. While at work there was discussion of having to work the next day before it started snowing. I had said if it starts I’m leaving no matter if it’s approved since I live 40 minutes away. My male coworker, comes to me and says “Hey if you do get stuck or can’t drive home you can crash at my place, since I’m not far.” I thanked him for the offer and said I’d consider it if I did get stuck. But it made me stop on my tracks and think is he just being nice or could there some level of attraction?

I am attracted to him on my part. I’m unsure if it’s the same for him but being coworkers makes me hesitant to really initiate anything.

In this specific situation I’d say he was being nice because it could be dangerous for you to travel alone. His offer isn’t just about a simple act of kindness like opening your door, it could quite literally save your life, dramatic as it sounds. Keep in mind that we don’t know the history between you two or see the rapport you have in person, we are only judging off this one thing so if there’s more to it then use those things to gauge his interest, not this.
