Does often help the figure a fair bit. I imagine for plenty its also sexualized, powerful, the most distinctly girl footwear, so on.

For me, it mostly just tends to make the standing stance look extra neat.

I'm short and I like to wear flats but some guys have asked me to wear them to bed so they can't be all bad. I do wear heels sometimes because they're more appropriate in dressy situations.

Personally I'm neutral to it.
