A guys always tease me?

I'm working in night shift, and one of my morning shift colleague was always tease me and copy my body language. Somemore he always laughing at me while teasing me... I want to know why he always teasing me and seeing my reactions

Boys will be boys and that would be the typical behavior of such a boy that is rather simple minded, bored and has not much in his secondary brain between the ears.

I hope that he is not in the same age group as you are but substantially younger, like 16-18 because otherwise, it would be worrisome for him.

Trying to impress a girl with such childish behavior really tells a lot about the character and personality of this boy.

Best is to keep your distance because it does not really show a great maturity. And if he is in the same age group as you or even older, then it is double worrisome.

I think he's socially awkward if he's an adult because he's trying to let you know he notices you perhaps because he likes you but doesn't know how best to approach you. Make it clear that you are aware and if he wants to talk to you then to do it politely and not like an arse.
