How can I help my crush ask me out?

I’ve heard through the grapevine that a guy thinks I’m hot and is gathering the courage to ask me out. This was a few months ago. It’s been sometime since I saw him and I am back. He sometimes says hi to me, he said “Hi Tianara” today finally. He always is smiling when he sees me and sometimes his face turns red and has to hide his p*nis because he gets hard. Or he looks down when he passes in the hallway like he didn’t see me. I would like him to ask me out. What should I do to help him? I don’t see him that often.

He is a therapist of mine previously I had so he might break the law or something dating me but I’m not sure if he cares.

Next time he says hi to you, try to get him talking. Ask him questions to show you are interested, like how is hen doing, or what did he do on the weekend, or what are his plans for the weekend.
