Oh dear, It hurts, I know. What I decided at about your age is that unrequited love sucks. It's emotional masturbation, it's okay for a while, but it doesn't expand your circle of friends. I determined, if she's no interested, I'm not interested. To some degree, I think the crush/secret admirer thing is a developmental stage we go through when we aren't really ready for a relationship. As I said, and especially given what you've said, I think you're at the point where it no longer serves a purpose. Make your interest know to the next guy that appeals to you, (verbally, we don't get hints and can't afford the price of guessing wrong.) If he's not interested, IMMEDIATELY move on.

Nothing you can do till he breakups w her. Which honestly may or may not be a good thing. What’s not to say he does the same to you if he meets someone else better. But for now you can’t do a whole lot.
