At work in hallways if you walk past a guy here and there and everytime you look up he's looking at you and doesn't look away what could that mean?

It's at work I see him here and there but I usually keep my head down and just kinda keep to myself but I went from care aide to janitor at the same facility and I noticed he seemed to be paying me a lot more attention as a janitor it's weird lol. he's older a bit but fit and hot lol I feel he's way outta my league which is why I'm puzzled he seems to be looking at me (I'm not very attractive :( half genetics/half poor self care I could work on if I wasn't so blue).

Lol well I did look up a couple times and everytime I have he's been looking right at me and doesn't look away baha. Im just wondering why... Cause he's way too hot for me but I am younger by 20 years probably lol balances.

I know I am prone to fantasy haha it's just fun to escape to and think about lol. He never has spoken to me but we have made major eye contact and honestly mostly on his end both times I glanced up and he was already staring right at me but the look was pleasant but I look terrible at work so I don't know why he would be looking at me at all other than wondering why I'm so ugly lmfaoo
