I was walking down a busy city street yesterday - lots of tall buildings form a giant wind tunnel. There was a girl about 10 metres in front of me in a very floaty skirt. Whenever we passed a cross street or gap in the buildings her skirt would float up revealing red satin panties. She occasionally yelled out "ah" when it flew particularly high! She stopped whenever she grabbed at her skirt, she turned and saw me, looking really embarrassed. I smiled at her. I wanted to ask her out so badly!
