I was stuck in an elevator for 20 mins, then firefighters came to pry open the elevator door. The elevator floor wasn't aligned with the 1st floor but was suspended mid air. So we all couldn't walk out of the elevator. We had to jump out of the elevator mid air to land onto the floor.

Firemen assisted us in jumping down by holding us by the armpits (so we don't get injured). They held me under my armpits and arms as I jumped then when I landed, I noticed his hand on the side of my right breast. The other fireman released holding me after I landed, but I noticed the other guy's hand kinda lingered for an extra second on the side of my right breast before he released me. Based on the way he removed his hand, I kinda intuitively felt like he was in a good mood having done that. Maybe he enjoyed it?

It's impossible to know if it was intentional or not. My guess is any contact to that area was incidental and likely unavoidable.

EMS/rescue situations are always handsy.
Accidental touches happen often, putting EKG stickers on sometimes we have to lift up the girls to put them on in the correct position, we have gloves on, and I know that the people I work with never even give it a second thought.
They are just another body part that is in the way.
After doing it for years and seeing thousands of patients (in larger cities where the call volume is staggering) there is no thrill in an accidental brush.
I can't say for certain it was or wasn't accidental, but the vast majority of EMS personnel are professional, and it meant nothing.
If you are really concerned about it, call the main office and ask to speak to someone about it.
If it was at all inappropriate, they need to know about it.
It might not be their first time so with another complaint might be all they need to send them down the road.
I would want to know if any of our personnel did something like that so it could be addressed right away.

I think all occupations which require physical contact of any aid or assistance/ emergency or performance nature, inevitably has prevented individuals who take advantage of their work, to be sneaky and grope around. Healthcare, emergency services, police, military, fire and rescue, sports and gymnastics, dance and theatre, everything is prime territory to realise groping desires :-)

it was definitely VERY awkward, I've never had a stranger put his hand there. but I tried to play it cool and just think of it as an accident. But after I went home, the more I thought about it, the more I intuitively felt like it was he was feeling me.
