There's more to it than just her body. Her personality plays a big role, too.

While it obviously helps if she's physically attractive, "sexy" requires more than just that to turn me on. A playful, fun, & flirty personality is a big one, for me. Maybe some teasing innuendo, or suggestive conversation.

She can be attractive, but in order to turn me on, she has to make me think about sex, or at least imply the possibility, through her words and actions. That's where the aforementioned comes into play.
