Staring is creepy and gives off pervert vibes. It's not about our noobs being attractive. It reflects the character of the starer and makes is real uncomfortable, unsafe or just disgusted at the starer.

Staring is ok once sexual consent has been given and you get naked tho haha then it's a compliment!
