The reason for this is the fact that men will often excuse bad female behavior because of men's desire for women. So a lot of women get away with being assholes in the form of ghosting, being entitled, rude and in some cases even assaulting a men. Most men on the other hand can't get away with this type of behavior and still consistently get dates; unless they hot and/or rich.

Lastly, men are still taught at a young age about traditional values, being kind towards women and have a natural tendency to protect women. However, women in modern time are not taught by their mothers to be traditional, are not taught to respect men and often have a selfish nature of what can you do for me when it comes to dealing with people.

Again not saying there aren't bad men but I feel like we tend to curtail bad behavior from men by: 1. calling it out and shaming it 2. teaching traditional values to young boys which we don't seem to do anymore for girls 3. men having a natural tendency to want to protect women 4. shaming misogyny which we rarely do for misandry.

Men are worse. They have less morals, especially about faithfulness

It could be just from who you hear it from but it seems the consensus is that men get treated poorly by a majority of women. Not to say it doesn't happen the other way around but most likely for different reasons.
