I have no idea who Paul Blart is and what the bad guys are doing or who they are.
However, I presume this is a Hollywood movie and therefore, the plot is invariably the same since the inception of the Hollywood studios. The good guy always wins against the bad guys and therefore, my assumption is that this Paul Blart guy would obviously win.
Hollywood does not like the bad guys to wind since it clearly brings the wrong message across to the public.
So my best guess is that this Paul guy will win over the bad guys in the movie.
