Any Taurus Women dealing with Aries Men in 50 plus age range?

I am a Taurus woman divorced (young 50s) (for 10 yrs. this year) who is in a semi-relationship with an Aries man who is single never married and 60 yrs. old and we have been together since September 2006.

The reason I say semi-relationship is because I have tried to distance myself from it more and more since October 2007. We care a lot about each other...maybe bordering on love for each other - but he just can't seem to want to 'commit' just to one woman - me.

He cheated on me back in April 2007 and I forgave him.........he cheated on me again in September 2007 and this time I have not really forgiven him because he started with 2 women from a dating website and when I made myself known to both of them that he had a girlfriend in case he forgot to mention it in a committed relationship - one backed off but the other lied out her anus and remained seeing him (I am sure he had a lot of charming her to do that though).

So my point is that we have not been intimate since October and maybe see each other every other week now but we talk by phone and email everyday with him calling me 99% of the time.

Part of me wants to date others but part of me does not. Part of me wants to give him the big boot - and part of me still has hope to hold on. We will be spending this Sat. & Sun. Jan 12 & 13 at his place watching the NFL football games, at his invitation. And he did spend Xmas eve and day with me and gave me a very nice present.

So anyone else out there who are Taurus/Aries and having a companion problem??

Unless "will not commit and cheating" are traits of an Aries and "being a pushover and going against your better judgment" are traits of a Taurus I don't really think your situation has much to do with your Zodiac signs.

You're older and I'm sure you want to find a companion to settle down with again... the older we get the harder it is to meet quality people. I can understand why it'd be easier for you to just throw your hands up and settle for this guy since you've already invested time and energy into getting to know him, but from what you've described he doesn't have a ton of desirable traits I'd want in a potential mate.

You've been married once and should you decide to get married again you deserve someone who you can trust completely.

Being a Taurus myself, I know how persistent and stubborn we can be. I know you want to see the good in this person but you can't ignore the bad. I would consider ending the relationship.

For what it's worth, since you mentioned your zodiac signs, a quick google search revealed Aries and Taurus's are not typically compatible in marriage.

I am a Taurus woman (age 32). I have dated an Aries male. This was real brief. I found him to be real immature with the mentality of a 12 year old boy. I am very grounded, responsible, and honest. I think we may be a tad bit too boring for them. They tend to crave constant excitement and drama into their lives. I am actiaully drama-free. What is weird about them is that they tend to be drawn to women who avoid them, or show very little interest. They crave the initial chase. Unfortunately for the one I dated, he didn't get the hint when I cut him off, and I had to literally change my home number. There is a jealous, possessive streak to them as well. Sex with them is off the meters! But a lasting romantic union? I beg to differ!
