Haven't really thought about it or seen it much. I guess it could be cute/sexy. I can think of those Asian school girl outfits with the skirts and wearing a tie lol. I know I've seen em in korean/japanese dramas a friend had me watch >.> (also I think anime? I dunno).

But it was cute from what I recall. I tried to find a google search but even with safe search on the results were not what I was looking for lol.

I think it can look really sexy, but only if they wear it a bit loose. Not all neatly knot up at the collar all formal-like.

Yes it can be hot. I think girls in button up shirts is hot. I feel good in them, and I like seeing women in them too. But nothing beats a dress.
