Polls: Guy's Behavior

My boyfriend of one month got mad at me the other night. He has been upset over a lot for past year and I said something stupid and that triggered a fight between us. Not to mention we were kinda drunk. Any way , he ran into kitchen , got a knife, smiled and started to dig it into his leg and make a long mark. he then put it hard against his neck and I pulled it away but he grabbed it by the sharp part like he dint care it would hurt him. he looked crazy!

He then took knife back and slapped his wrist with it. he smiled too! he was serious thought. after putting it against his neck again hard he threw it and went to sleep. next morning I asked him why he did it and he said "don't dig , it wasn't your fault I don wanna talk about it" I feel scarred by that and it was disturbing to witness. I thought he'd kill himself right there! was he really angry and trying to get it out ro was that act a form of manipulation ? what happened I'm so confused? Why did he do this in front of me?

Many girls say that they want a guy who's nice, though most guys would disagree, but what do guys think of a girl who's nice? [also assuming that you're already physically attracted to her.]

I'm asking because I've been told that I'm "nice" a lot by guys, along with cute/pretty. Also if you're a girl then feel free to vote for what you think guys think about it.

I live in a mobile home park, and I have been for about 2 years. I don't know why, but I just always been a little embarrassed. Should I really be embarrassed, or is it nothing to be ashamed of?

I just now found a question asking why do girls not like nice guys but instead end up with assholes. I very much disagree with that question but instead believe that it only seems that way and so I wrote a kinda long answer about that. Here it is:

1) people often remember stuff that doesn't make any sense and/or shouldn't happen. girls shouldn't want bad guys/assholes/jerks but some do and because of the ones that do many guys think that most - if not all - girls do.

2) guys who end up being jerks usually don't seem that way when they're first meeting girls they want to attract because, well, they want to attract them. they seem really cool and friendly until they got them then they show their true colors. unfortunately girls get attached to these guys and so they usually still want to be with them even with their jerkful ways.

3) nice guys are usually also shy and insecure guys. they hope that the girl they like likes them back, but they have a hard time doing anything about it and wonder why the girl isn't all over them. guys who are jerks are also usually very confident and, thus, easily get girls to fall for them.

I bet there are other reasons that it seems like girls like jerks versus nice guys but these are the main three that I can think of right now.

Ok so the guys 16 years old (sophomore high school). His arms are pretty hairy (not like super hairy though) he shaves (not that abnormal, I know haha) and I can tell when he doesn't shave and he has pretty hairy legs (from what I remember from the warmer weather days), and he has a LOT of hair on his head. like its really thick. I got nothing against hairy kids, just curious if he'd be also pretty hairy on his stomach, chest, back, etc.

and if more places too, could you explain please!

I want to know if guys agree with these rules quoted by "He's just not that into you." This is kind of for fun, since that movie is coming out and is based on a book that really makes it sound like women shouldn't initiate anything with men.

1. You shouldn't ask a guy out. If you have to ask him out, "he's just not that into you."

2. If he doesn't call you for 2 weeks, "he's just not that into you."

3. You should have to call him. He will do anything to get to you if he is into you.

4. He's going to make you feel comfortable and be upfront about what he wants out of the relationship immediately. If he's not, you guessed it, "he's just not that into you."

5. He's not shy, "he's just not that into you."

6. If he is not asking you out, "he's just not that into you."

7. If he doesn't return a call or a text (no matter what), you shouldn't give a guy the benefit of the doubt, "he's just not that into you."



I personally think most of this stuff is BS. I used to believe it and follow these stupid rules and I think that's what has me all mixed up. What do you think?

My boyfriend generally doesn't mistreat his mother and is mostly

tolerant of her but him and his brother call her a bitch when she

isn't around and my boyfriend even complains about her to me.

There was even a time when she made him really angry with her nagging and he picked up his phone and yelled "F*CK MOM, I'M F*CKING 30 MILES AWAY. WHAT THE F*CK DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?"

He says he'd never mistreat me but as a kid I was always taught that a man will treat you no better than he treats his mother.

Is there anyone out there who actually finds CROCS attractive?! No offense if you do. I'm just wondering!

I know you say they are comfortable.but seriously, that is a huge sacrifice for comfort. I'm sure you can find something that's attractive AND comfortable. lol

When I say fat I don't mean as in huge, just a little extra weight or just very curvy. My question is that why do most guys prefer a slim, petite girl over a curvy girl? I mean they seem to always end up being ignored by a guy or just getting "lets just be friends" don't get me wrong I'm not saying all guys are like that and curvy girls don't get guys. But on a whole there just seem to be a phobia towards fat girls.

So guys I'm asking why is this so?
