Are you hairier than your parents?

I mean when you compare your beard or body hair to theirs, obviously.

It made me wonder if we are getting hairier with each generation. Was female leg hair or male back hair ever mentioned in letters or books 200 years ago? Did they not care or did they not have it?

Yes, I am hairier than my mother/father.

Eh well, I lean towards "non hairy". My mom doesn't have hair at all on her legs while my dad is considered hairy (he has thick hair and leg hair) but not too much (he doesn't have back and chest hair). I have hair on my legs (only the lower part) and my armpits but it's very thin and short.
