Are girls with boobs but flat ass less attractive?

I'm 5'5 ft and 116.5. I have 32C's boobs which represent something on a slim body but I have a flat ass. I wish I had an ass proportional to my body.
Also, I noticed when some guys check out my boobs, they seem to like them but when they discover my ass, they're disappointed.
However, I had a few guys who liked my ass.
It's a complex for me and I don't know what to do except gain weight.

Do you think it makes me uglier/less attractive?

I wouldn't worry about it. You can always work on getting a booty by going to the gym. Boobs require surgery for enlargement. I have small boobs, a big butt, hips, and thighs. My waist and upper body are small. I would love some cleavage though. Can't wear cute tops because my boobs are too small. Guys tend to like boobs better anyway.

I'm the opposite! Tiny boobs and round ass on a slim body. Some guys say it's more attractive like that, but at least you can improve your ass if you go to the gym. The only way I could enlarge my boob would be surgery...

you're under 18. You'll probably develop a butt in the next couple years. Til then just go to the gym and maybe get some more protein in your diet

Honestly, I don't really mind. As long as you feel great about your body then I won't have a problem. I find it cute to be honest, I used to be a boob man and now I switched over, but I would still find you very attractive. You have a beautiful body and you should be proud of that.
