1. you suddenly bleed out of your nether regions. And people say it's NORMAL? I'm fucking bleeding and it hurts for pete's sake! And you have to start wearing "diapers" for a week every month. Expensive, and you'll get some rashes if it's hot outside. And you have to worry everytime you wear a white bottom.
2. you have to start wearing minisets and bras. Your days of comfortable shirts with no wires poking you are over. My first bra was hell. My mom bought me a lacy wireless bra, and I got an allergic reaction to the lace part. It itched like hell and I had to line my boobs with tissue so the lace wouldn't touch my skin.
3. you suddenly start growing hairs EVERYWHERE! You realize that you now have hairs in your butthole! EWWWWWW! And unlike with guys, people actually don't find body hairs on girls acceptable. So all of a sudden, you have to shave.
4. do I need more reasons?11 Reply- +1 y
3. ewwwww lol! 1. I totally agree 2. Ugh this should be self explanatory, if you check on my profile i have another question about my boobs and how they have been growing uncontrollably.

+1 yBoth.
Girls get periods.
Guys get boners.
Girls get made fun of for boob size (big or small).
Guys get made fun of for voice cracking.
It's a confusing and hormonal time for both genders and I don't think either one has it worse. When a kid is going through puberty, no matter the gender, it is very stressful. Many feel awkward, get made fun of, feel out of place and begin to get insecurities about everything, ESPECIALLY their body. It doesn't matter the gender.28 Reply- +1 y
Pretty much this... both are difficult stages.

Lol, my bf's voice cracked and I thought it was the cutest thing. I laughed, but not because it was weird or to embarrass him, but because it was so dang adorable. He was like "Okay, my voice hasn't cracked in years so... ignore that." I told him that it was cute and then kissed him, haha. :) @a_lizete @ Asker

OMG, thats cute
I'd strongly say girls but of course it is confusing and different but still challenging for both. I'd say 70% girls and 30% boys. Hate me if I'm wrong but that's my opinion.

+1 yI think girls go through more peer pressure from people at school
they have to deal with menstrual cycles, pressure from guys
Most bad thing about puberty with boys is waking up every morning
with erections that will not go away and some boys get peer pressure
I feel bad for both cause so much problems with bullying from school
than they get online get bullied from there than some got to deal with
problems going on at home.. I feel so bad for the teens growing up this
day and age so many broken up families, parents on drugs, parents
abusing alcohol and involve the kids / teens..32 Reply- +1 y
Thank You for MHO:-)

You deserve it :)
Honestly, the whole "puberty" stage was just a big blur for me. I didn't really feel any pain or sadness? One day I looked and I had a mustache. I don't know what all the erection complaints are about, I remember getting erections since I was like 5 ._.

are you still going through it? since you know? it says you are under 18

Cool. I mean not cool! What is wrong with me? Were talking about puberty! Its like getting Ebola! Except its not contagious and you have it for years untill your like 20

+1 yI have 2 daughters so from experience I would say girls have it tougher not only is their body changing and having to deal with hormones and mood swings girls get the added pressure of when are they going to develop breasts my daughters we're worried about this as early as 12. All I can say about puberty as a boy back then having an erection every 28 seconds and of course at the most public times school dances, church, in a bathing suit, I used to wear 2 pair of underwear to try and keep the erections down and not noticeable always felt self conscious when girls or even women were checking out the bulge voice changing was great I have a very very deep voice that women love.
Puberty is much kinder to boys than girls20 Reply- 395 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic.

Guys DO have erection even before puberty. Puberty is good for us, we can grow beard!
I voted A because I guess they tolerate so much pain.10 Reply 532 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. I think puberty is a confusing and shitty time for everyone. HOWEVER, periods make them even more shitty for girls. So, I vote girls.

No not similar to being stabbed, you literally ARE STABBED.
Girls because they get judged on boob size and aches and guys really don't get made fun of and nobody can see their penis size anyway

although i like the fact that i have erections and i can fuck, i hate that during puberty we gain height and facial hair... it stinks

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yGuys get erections before puberty too and it's nothing bad.
I'm not really sure when my puberty was.. I got pubic hairs when I was about 12-13, and my voice went deeper at about 15 I think, at around 16 I got hairy armpits, and 19-20 I got a bit of a beard. Is my puberty the whole thing from 12-20?00 ReplyI'd have to say girls. When they get their periods, they act so bitchy and mean (but I know they can't control it).

Anonymous(30-35)+1 ydefinitely girls... they have to suffer so much. erections dont bleed or pain... and its not over just after some days or they get used to it... they feel it every time.. Respect and salute
30 ReplyGirls have the emotional riller coaster thing plus breast hurts when they grow, period scare you, other body changes... Boys have does she like me, how come I had an erection when I didn't want it and wet dreams.
13 Reply- +1 y
By the way, whats it like having an erection out of nowhere? And of course, wet dreams?
- +1 y
Erection out of nowhere. Weird imagine what it would feel like if your were walking along and suddenly you felt like there was a stick poking out from your waist line.. Pushing against your pants.. That's about as close as I can describe..
The wet dream... That would be kind of like waking up and finding a discharge in your pants, not knowing why it's there. - +1 y
Wow pretty descriptive thank you.

+1 yi mean growing hair everywhere is pretty shitty xD but bleeding from places you never did before is horrifying !
00 Reply i think any of the guys who say its fun for them during puberty cuz of erections, probably just didn't have girlfriends. cuz its not when u have a girlfriend and u hate urself for feeling that way towards her

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yPeriods. Because of PMS, menstruation has the power to ruin everybody's lives on a monthly basis.

hahahaha lol, good point.
The totally inappropriate and random boners really sucked. But I'm sure the ladies had it rough as well.
