I think my retainers are too big?

I got my braces off last week and I got my retainer 2 days later... I've been wearing my retainers constantly since I got them (they're the clear kind) but I've noticed some shifting that's occurred anyways.
My retainer doesn't pop off once I put it on, but it doesn't feel tight either. I go to the orthodonist on Wednesday for them to check it out, but I'm real upset. I had braces for 4 years so I expect my teeth to be perfect, but they've shifted.
i heard that your retainer could re straighten teeth, but I've been constantly wearing my retainer. My front teeth are hurting, I feel almost like a pounding in them right now, but not tightness from my retainer. (Probably them shifting even more)
Do you think my retainer is too big? And will they charge me for a new retainer? Also, will the new retainer re straighten my teeth?

They mold the retainer according to your ums.
Eventually they tighten up and get less loose as your teeth starts to straighten out.
I've had them before.
They got so tight at one point that they started hurting.

Thank you for your answer but I'm confused... I don't think my teeth will straighten out because I think my retainer may be loose.
It doesn't pop out when I put it in, but it's not tight at all either. It seems like it'd fit well I guess but my teeth continue to shift

In two months you'll notice the difference. Trust me it will get tighter
