How do I get "fatter" hands?

i know you can't gain fat on your hands but i was wonodering if there was a way to make the veins on the back of my hand and fingers less visible and more "fat" aroud the bones becaues my hands are really fragile lookings and weak. they're lighter than the colour of my face and the rest of my body for some reason as well.
anyone have an explanation or ways to get bigger hands, i'm quite self-consious about it. I always put my hands in my pockets because of it and try to hide my hands when I've got them out.

If your in the States go to GNC and ask for Ultimate Power Grips. These aren't those old school plastic grips they're made of steel. These bad boys add strength and size to your hand and forearms and your grip will be crazy strong. You will have to start with the 50-150lb set then go to the 200-300lb set.

Strengthening your hands won't hide veins, I suspect you are making this into a bigger issue than it is. I doubt other people think your hands are horrible.

You can't choose where your body stores fat but you can look up hand strengthening exercises to do while you're outside ;)

Can't target fat gain or fat loss. Eat eat eat and you'll get fat everywhere eventually.
