Basically guys who have muscle mass but aren't quite as lean as their fitness-model counterparts.

Isn't that just the average body? I imagined more of a muscular body but in a bigger frame, either way I care more about the face then the body from a physical point of view - you can work easily work on your body but not on your face

That is true. The picture example may not be the best, but the main problem is that all the Google image results gave ridiculously muscular people who were also obese.

And no it's not the average body. Especially the 20% picture clearly has muscle mass he needed to work out for.

Shouldn't than then be the case for not caring about the face as much?

Those are the people deadlifting 500 , 600lbs and squatting a family sedan in a gym. In the gym , people know what's up.

Outside of the gym , most people will just call them fat.

I'm "strong fat". I'm about 20% boyfriend and weigh 220lbs, but I can lift enough to be considered decently strong. If I lost 15lbs I'd look ripped.

Women like that I'm just a big, tall guy in general, but they tend to like just "lean" men instead. Being big, whether ripped or otherwise, only will attract a small portion of women.

Eating clean at least feels good. As in loads of healthy nutrients flooding your system and what not. Good luck!

I think 25 to 30% are best for females and 10 to 20% are best for males. If you are beyond 20% you need to do some jogging. But surprisingly, i had some very few girls telling me they like fat boys and how they want one.

Looking fit! I hope to look similar some day. But I know myself quite well, I'll never be really lean without feeling too much like I have to pass up on every single good thing in life if you know what I mean? It takes some serious dedication.

And yeah, some girls are into fat guys because a fat guy with a cute face can still be attractive. Like a teddy bear.

I once had a friend who was talking just like you. And after 3 months of hard martial arts training (kung fu) I couldn't recognize him when i first saw him. His body completely metamorphosed. He was 25 years old and had 30% body fat before training. Now all he has to do, is maintain his 15-20% body fat by going to the gym twice a week. And thanks :) but i'm still looking forward to gain some weight.

Yes that's the spirit :) It's all in the mind because your brain controls everything. You just have to love yourself and your body. I heard some pros say that it's better to train in front of a mirror. Even though that might sound stupid but it really works and helps you love yourself more hence the motivation and the improvement. Good luck to you too.
