Right now my thigh and butt muscles hurt like crazy post workout. I can't it down slowly. Anyway I saw this post but I can't decide what is my butt shape. I'm the one in black bikini.

That was pre workout picture. And yes I did do the squats- I think the instructor tried to kill me as I feel sore all over. We did the military boot camp for an hour. Thanks!
