Real quick, Physique division of competitive bodybuilding is where competitors wear board shorts on stage and are assessed based on a lean, "beach body" look where extreme muscularity (like traditional bodybuilding) is a negative mark, and judges are looking for pure aesthetics, low body fat, proportion, and a chiseled look.

This is Jeremy Buendia, he has won the Mr. Olympia (the "Super Bowl" of bodybuilding) in Physique division for the past 2 years. He's also one of my favorites (although he is pretty short). What do you think?

Note: Competitve bodybuilders get very lean when hitting stage and are NOT necessarily this chiseled year round. Also, tans are spray tans on stage.

Jeremy is in phenomenal shape! He's Mr. Olympia for the Physique Division for a reason, every guy strives to look like that! by the way the girls think Jeremy has too much muscle but the adore Jeff Seid SMH! Just cuz Jeff is a pretty boy
