Absolutely ripped. Guys who are swole or yoked just look silly. Which is actually annoying because I work hard to get lower traps developed but it's hard to do that without ending up with huge upper traps that make me look ridiculous

I would rather just stay tall, slim and toned or defined like I am. I used to want to look similar to those guys when I was like 21 but I realized most of the girls I think are pretty don't tend to prefer that body type :pppppp I like to stay in shape and I'm pretty into nutrition but I don't want to work out everyday really. When I did lift weights like 4 days a week, I didn't get much bigger than I am now currently so I've accepted my body.

Being really lean feels amazing. Nothing like waking up with totally visible abs. I was fat when i was younger, and nothing sucks worse than being fat and getting ignored by girls. That said, I wouldn't want to be one of these really skinny hardgainers who can't get big no matter what he eats. Girls respect guys who are big a lot more because size equals strength. Size matters for guys.

Both you can be both just cause you gain muscle doesn't mean it has to look fat and just cause you get ripped you dont have to be super skinny
