How "big" is too big? Weight?

I weigh about 165 pounds and I've been this weight since high school I am 5'6"

If your BMI is over 25 and you know that the body weight does not come from muscle overload, also:

- are out of breath after a short flight of stairs
- can't run for 10 minutes without collapsing
- show signs of increased Type 2 diabetes and other obesity-related health issue risks (heart, kidney, etc)
- have a significantly protruding tummy and little waist-to-hip-ratio

then you might be too big because it's becoming a health issue and that's what matters most in relation to excessive weight. There are people that are bigger or weight more and are still fit. No problemo! But as soon as your weight (and unhealthy eating habits or laziness) affects your wellness and health, then you're too big for your organs and joints to function effectively.

Being to big so far as I'm concerned is weighing more than you should. It's like being too rich. If you can buy just about any house or car you want then you're too rich whether you have 1 million or 4 billion dollars. Funny comparison, but that's how I see it.

Eh, depends on where you carry your weight.

My cousin's girlfriend were the same weight and height but carried it in her tits, ass, hips, legs, and a little bit in her stomach and she were sexy as hell.

Well, it depends. On how much is fat and how much isn't. 140-170 is normal i guess.
