I ALWAYS have swollen glands?

I've had many blood tests done, and I'm otherwise fit and well in every other way.

So yeah, anyone else have this? Especially around the neck area?

I have naturally big glands, so when I see a new Dr., they tend to comment on them. They have always been this size though, and they don't hurt or feel swollen. If they recently or drastically changed in size, or they hurt, or feel swollen, or are painful to touch that is a sign that something is wrong. If they have always been about that size, with no symptoms, and with no trouble they are most likely bigger than most people's like mine, and nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the advice, maybe my glands are just a bit bigger, like yours :) at least we are healthy!! :D

Nothing... It's been this way for years :S

When you ask your doctor he has to say something! Even if it is saying that he does not know what is wrong, or that nothing is wrong. If you ask him and he just sits there with his mouth closed and says nothing you need to get a new doctor.
