What's up guys I am finally close to my bulking season I have been on a weight loss and dropped 20 pounds I need to start bulking now but the thing is when I lost weight I was not in a caloric defect my body needed 2300 to lose weight because I was 202 lbs and the way I lost weight was by only eating 1500 I know this is hard to do but it worked I mean I was eating breakfast, lunch, dinner with these 1500 and couldn't eat more because when I managed to my weight loss stopped so I went back to 1500 now that I am going to bulk I need 2800 I am afraid to gain more than 1-2 pounds doing that so what do u suggest guys thanks ☺
